How do you charge?

Stationary Appetizers are priced per platter and you are able to create your own personal medley based on our stationary appetizer menu.

Specialty Appetizers are priced on a per appetizer basis with a 50-piece minimum and usually range between $.80 and $2.50/ app.

Sides, Salads and Entrees or the dinner portion of the menu is priced on a per head basis and depends on the current market value and extent of preparation involved.

Will there be tax added on to my bill?

9% Vermont State Meals Tax will be added to the food portion of your bill.

Do you require a deposit?

A 25 % deposit is due prior to the event in order to secure the date. The remaining 75% is due on or before the day of the event.

Is gratuity added to my bill?

Gratuity is not added to your bill and is always appreciated but not required.

What do I do about changes in my head count?

Final Head Count must be confirmed 10 days prior to event and must fall within 10% of the projected number 30 days prior to event. We will do everything in our power to accommodate last minute changes, increases in head count after the 10 day cut off will result in an increase in charge, a decrease in head count after the 10 day cut off, however, will not result in a decrease in charge.

Does my photographer and band members count towards my head count?

Service providers attending the event such as band members, photographers, etc...which are hired by the client, will be considered as part of the head count, but can be negotiated at a reduced rate.

Do children count in my head count?

Children under 12, not including infants, will be charged 50% of the adult rate.

How do I know what to rent?

We are happy to arrange your rentals for you. We generally deal with Celebration Rentals in Brandon and have been happy thus far with their services. Upon discussing the details of your event, we will suggest the ideal rental situation to accommodate your event. The rental company will send you a quote for you to look over. They will need a 25% deposit up front. The remaining 75% plus a 10% handling fee will be added to your final bill.

How much will it cost to staff my event?

$20/hr rate will be charge for each server and cook hired. 7 hour minimum for large events. You will see this indicated in your initial quote.

Do you service all of Vermont?

Yes, we service all of Vermont. If you are located outside of Chittenden or Addison County a travel charge will be added to your bill for each server and cook traveling to the event.
